The owner knew the area inside out and was really friendly, giving us great tips on places to go and things to do. Our accommodation was right in the village center and was excellent. We came for the Bell Ringers' Gathering and got to watch two bronze bells being cast in the medieval style. We also shared a meal and visited a nearby cave with fascinating paintings. Monr-rebei Gorge is farther out, but the scenery is beautiful and worth the drive. We had a wonderful weekend in Os de Balaguer and hope to come back for next year's gathering.

A great observatory for learning about the stars in an accessible, educational way. And when the telescope is named after your aunt, there's not much more to say.

I felt very comfortable here and would definitely come back. The room is simple but comfortable, on the second floor. The owner was warm and kind, and the house is full of books, almost like a library.
