We felt right at home during our few days here over Christmas, and the spotless cleanliness stood out. Consuelo, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. It's a lovely two-story house in perfect condition, equipped with everything we needed, with cozy heating and fantastic valley views. Broto, with all kinds of amenities, is just a five-minute walk away. Parking is free, and you can even see your car from the balcony. We'll definitely be back.

We booked just 24 hours ahead and the very friendly owner had the house perfectly prepared. The duplex sleeps six, with three bedrooms and a sofa bed. The windows are very well insulated and the views are spectacular. Broto is a 10-minute walk away. 100% recommended.

We went on December 27, 2022, and were delighted to find the apartment decorated for Christmas 🥰. It was very cozy and modern, with lovely attention to detail. The cleaning was great, and Chelo was kind and flexible. WE'LL BE BACK! 💪🏼🏔️

Oto and the surrounding area are beautiful, and the location is the best part. Even so, I won't stay here again if I return. The mattresses sagged and dug into my bones, making sleep a nightmare, and I got no rest. The sofas had the same problem; they were so uncomfortable that nobody could sit on them for more than 10 minutes. The shower screen in my apartment was badly installed and leaked between the doors, so I had to mop up all the water that spilled out after every shower. The owner's solution was to tell me to shower facing the wall. That says it all. We didn't see the owner once during our six-day stay. She said she was very busy, and her daughter and husband attended to us instead. There was no toilet paper, hand soap, or dish soap. We asked for toilet paper and were given two rolls. The Wi-Fi listed in the description didn't work at all, and we had no internet for even one day. The owners' two dogs barked at everything that moved all day; they were put away at night, but barked the rest of the day. I'll look for somewhere else next time.
