The old-fashioned room interior and small toilet were disappointing, and I even found a bug. There were no towels, either. The room faced a main road, so sleep wasn't assured, especially with a chance the air conditioning might not work. For 44 euros, I didn't get what I paid for. Compared with other places I'd stayed in over the last few days at a similar price, this was awkward, to put it gently. The accommodation was cheap but right on the borderline. Check-in was poor, though the older lady did make an effort and was quite charming and gentle.

The hotel sits surrounded by nature, and the staff were very friendly and kind. My room was fine and very clean, with a TV and private bathroom. There was also a closet with an iron, safe, hangers and other things. A cozy place in an exceptional location.

The room was missing some of the towels we needed on the first day, and there were problems with the heating. The toilet was far too cold. On the second day, the cleaning lady left the windows open for hours, so the room was freezing when we came back at night. She also left a piece of dirty cleaning tissue behind. There was only one switch in the room and another one in the freezing toilet.

Across the road there's a restaurant serving Spanish tapas and homemade food after 20:30. The hotel itself is very nice, quiet and cheap.

Everyone at the hotel and around the area was very pleasant. The hotel is basic, but breakfast was a really nice continental one. The restaurant out front, salvino, was recommended too. Wonderful people all round, and we'll be back.
