The bed was genuinely comfortable, and we slept well once we made sure the window was shut. The place was spotless and the service was impeccable. Still, I can't see the price being justified when it's so far from everything and there's nothing to walk to nearby. We stayed for a couple of nights in August. Our room didn't feel small, but the oversized wardrobe made it seem much larger than it was. There was also a floor-level window that cast a really bright light into the room at night if it wasn't closed. It felt odd to be out in the countryside and have that big-city street feeling. There was no TV, and breakfast was a letdown: we expected some of Galicia's well-known homemade products, but got cold cuts and packaged muffins instead. No fresh juice, or anything that wasn't processed or industrially made.

We picked this house for Resurrection Fest in Viveiro, and getting there was easy, about a 10-minute drive. The area itself is quiet, with not much to look at besides the Church of Santa Eulalia, though there’s plenty of room for long walks. It was a lovely peaceful place to unwind, with very cozy rooms. Breakfast was more than enough for us: coffee with milk or hot chocolate, bread and toast, pastries and cake, butter and jams, orange juice, cheese and ham. Everything was delicious.

Such a welcoming place to stay. The old house has been beautifully renovated, the service was excellent, and it’s very peaceful, a nice spot to relax. Viveiro is about 12 km away.
