Yelling at potential customers who park outside your door is a terrible idea. The staff were rude and unfriendly, and it came across as very unprofessional.

We spent four nights here and would love to come back. It’s a wonderful family-run hotel, with roomy, comfortable facilities, a great location, and excellent service. Breakfast was good, everything was clean, and parking nearby was easy.

I liked this hotel. It’s clean, well located, and the staff are very friendly. Good value for the money, and I’d recommend it.

Travel on the A-52 was discouraged because of the recent wildfires, so we couldn’t check in. We called to explain, and although they quickly filled the room, they still charged us for the first night. It felt indifferent and was a poor way to handle it.

Breakfast was good, and they had no trouble arranging gluten-free and dairy-free food when I asked. The hotel is very close to the beach, with a clean room and full bathroom. There’s a drop-off spot right outside and free parking behind the hotel. We’ll be back.
