10/10
The rooms are small, which seems pretty normal in Europe, but the bathroom was nice and the climate control worked. The windows have automatic shutters. It took a bit to figure out the lights, but we got there. They let us know check-in was across the street, which was no big deal. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was great for the value. The location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants, stores and convenience stores, and right next to San Fancisco park.

4/10
The place was poorly maintained, with a broken bathroom flush and a blocked sink. We recently stayed in the so-called suite, which barely felt like a master bedroom. Reception is across the street, very inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. They should tell guests in advance so they can avoid the hassle. A very bad experience!

4/10
The beds were comfortable and the customer service was excellent, though dealing with it at the hotel across the street was inconvenient. The room was clean, but had a rancid, musty smell. The shower was horrible, with no pressure at all. There was no safety box and no complimentary tea or coffee. Paid parking is about two blocks away, underground, probably on level -3. There are no elevators, and the stairway smelled strongly of urine all the way up.

8/10
The staff were really kind, and the rooms were very good, though the shower pressure could use improvement. The location is great. I stayed on both sides of the street, and parking was a bit of a hassle, especially with a vehicle over 1.85m. Recommended.

10/10
The location was good, and breakfast at the sister hotel across the road was worth the walk, with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. Our room was spotless, and the en suite bathroom was cleverly laid out to make the most of the light. They even checked us in early, which was thoughtful and very kind. Outstanding service.
