The front terrace room had lovely sea views, though a palm tree close by blocked part of the beach. Getting straight down to the beach takes about five minutes on foot, down the stairs. The village, shops and restaurants are close too, so we didn’t need the car.

We were a couple staying for nine nights, and the duplex is in an excellent location. The furniture was okay, though the cupboards and bathroom doors on the bedroom floor need renovation. The receptionist and housekeeping staff were friendly. The jacuzzi was the big problem. We reported from day two that it wasn’t working. A technician came every day starting on day four, but we never got to use it during our stay. After we got home, we sent a written complaint and heard nothing. We called again five weeks later, and still got no response. At 190 euros a night, that was very disappointing, and it’s why we rate the accommodation so poorly.

Thanks for having us. We had a lovely stay in a cosy apartment with a beautiful view. They were flexible about check-in too, which we appreciated. A good experience, and I’d recommend it when visiting Morro Jable.

We stayed in the apartment for four, and it worked well for two as well as four people. It was comfortable, with fantastic ocean views and a nice jacuzzi. A small cleaning team came nearly every day, and we’d definitely recommend staying here. Just be aware that the only A/C is in the upstairs bedroom, not downstairs where the other bed is.
