Apartamentos Llafranc Mar

Just 50 mts from the beach, so the location is great.

The location was very good, but the price felt extremely high for what we got. The apartment was filthy, with only a superficial clean, and we even found a sock under the living-room table. The patio was too dirty to use. The parking space was tiny and hard to maneuver in. On top of that, another guest took our spot because of poor management by the hotel that runs the apartments, so we had to park on the street for one night.

Good location, with heating and hot water, but the apartment was neglected and very dirty. The facilities were basic, and the old beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The TV in the main bedroom, which appears in the photos, didn’t work. It was very old and had no decoder.

At 6 pm, after an eight-hour drive and going to another town to collect the keys, we arrived to find the apartment hadn’t been cleaned. When we called, they initially doubted us and said we’d have to wait around three hours for cleaning. I asked for a manager to come, but they called back to say no one could come and offered another apartment instead. That meant another trip to the other town for keys, so I reloaded the car and took photos of the deplorable condition. They moved us to apartment 1B, which was larger but had no working air conditioning. It was on a very low floor, so we heard the street and the supermarket loading and unloading downstairs. After 12 pm, we couldn’t open the windows because food smells from the takeaway and restaurant below blew in, and it was unbearably hot. No one called afterward or made even a small gesture. A ruined vacation and a very upsetting experience. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING.
