We were seven, and since there weren’t many reviews we wondered if the place was new or not very good. Turns out everything we had was delicious. The view over Calella de Palafrugell is the best, and the service from Jackie and the two other waiters was lovely. We ordered pesto pasta, a hamburger, prawn and ham croquettes, salad, mussels, and grilled chicken. The desserts were exquisite too, especially the turrón ice cream and cheesecake. Eating here was a great decision.

We came to this area for the first time without expecting much, because of the other reviews, but the meal, service, and restaurant were all spectacular. Jackie was very professional, as were the other waiters. We’d definitely come back.

We come for lunch every summer, mostly for the gorgeous beach view. It feels like paradise to sit and eat while looking out at the water. The seafood paella is incredible, and this time the Tatin with ice cream was excellent too, especially alongside an Albariño wine. The service was very good. One small thing, the rice portion seemed a bit small to me, even though I don’t eat much, so I’d suggest ordering some appetizers. We’ll definitely return.

We were six friends, three couples, hoping for a substantial lunch, but the waiter said we couldn’t eat without a reservation. As we were heading out, another group arrived without one and was seated. It felt humiliating and disappointing, so I wouldn’t recommend the place. We’re regular people with good purchasing power. We went to the nearby Tragamar restaurant instead and had a fabulous meal. Thank you.
