We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and nice, with two bedrooms and three baths, and it was great value. The host gave us good support, and the location was good too.

A great location, with everything you need. Really recommend it to travelers looking for somewhere comfortable and nice to stay.

After a long walk, we arrived yesterday tired and found there was no hot water or heating. We called the owner, but the response was poor. We understand problems can happen, but she didn't handle this well. Four hours later she sent a plumber, who only made a temporary repair. As he left, he said we were "lucky" because he didn't know whether we'd have heating or hot water. We spent the night without heat and managed a quick shower as best we could. We asked the owner for a partial refund because we hadn't received what we paid for, but she still hasn't answered our message. We paid hard-earned money and were left unhappy. At least call and apologize, and take responsibility. When customers pay for a service, the business needs to respond instead of ignoring the issue. I'm sharing what happened so others considering this place know. If you call us and explain, I'll mention that too. Regards

Neither the hot water nor heating worked during our stay, which is basic for accommodation, and the experience was very disappointing. When we contacted them, we got no proper solution and were treated rudely. They even yelled at us on the phone about the review we'd left, repeatedly calling us liars and immature. Problems can happen, but we expect respectful treatment and responsible service. We wouldn't come back or recommend the place.
