ICON Rosetó

The room was dim and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The toilet looked used and the floor was dirty. Breakfast was disappointing too. When we asked about another room, the staff member barely seemed surprised, then showed us one that was even worse and half the size. I booked at the last minute after my flight was cancelled and paid €560 for one night. That already felt steep for a four-star hotel, but I expected the quality to match the high ratings. The location was good and the staff were polite, but the welcome felt like a budget chain such as Ibis. Someone showed us to the room but didn’t offer to help with our luggage. I’ve had much better stays in three-star hotels. Even allowing for the location, this felt worth about half what I paid.

I needed a balcony, and they gave me a superior double with a beautiful one overlooking the outdoor, tree-lined breakfast area. The staff were amazing across reception, the bar, and breakfast, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of everywhere. This gorgeous hotel was superb, and I really can’t wait to go back. 💖

Our baby slept well throughout the stay, thanks in part to how nice and quiet the rooms were. We also enjoyed the light, refreshing breakfast. The location is excellent, with easy access to most of the iconic places in the town center, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. My family and I are really enjoying our stay.

The courtyard bar is gorgeous, and breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We had the best last-minute stay at this beautiful hotel, right in the middle of everything but still really quiet.
