FERGUS Club Palmanova Park

Our daughter loved going to the kids club every day, and Claudia, Matias and the team were brilliant with her. We were there for over 10 nights, and the stay genuinely went beyond what we expected. The managers, including Gianfranco and Ibrahim, were lovely, and all the staff were attentive, friendly and happy to help. The food had plenty of fresh choices and stayed good quality. Everything was spotless and well cared for, and our modern, comfortable room was cleaned thoroughly each day. It was a relaxing stay with good service, comfort and food. We’d happily come back and recommend the hotel in Palmanova.

The entertainment really made our stay memorable. Lorenzo and Claudia were energetic, friendly and professional, and made sure people joined in and had fun. Their enthusiasm carried through the daytime activities and evening shows, giving the hotel a great atmosphere. We also found the rooms clean and comfortable, the facilities excellent, and the food fresh and delicious. A fun, relaxing holiday, and we’d highly recommend the hotel.

Souhaib was so positive and professional, and Claudia and Lorenzo brought so much joy and kindness. Yessica was warm, kind and cheerful too. Their welcome and care made the stay feel extra special. The hotel is beautiful, spotless and comfortable, with a lovely atmosphere throughout. You really do feel at home here. I highly recommend it and already look forward to coming back.

The location worked really well for us, just a five-minute walk to the seafront, shops and play areas. A taxi to places farther out like Kathmandu Park was about €5, and they were easy to find. We stayed seven days with our three-year-old. The food was lovely with lots of choice morning, noon and night, and fussy eaters can find pizza, chips, burgers and other things at the snack bar for much of the day. The hotel is nice and well kept, though a few areas look a bit old. The inflatable kids' pool was our main concern. Bigger kids could get too boisterous around the little ones, who were getting knocked over and hurt. One lifeguard seemed to take it seriously and warn people, though parents also need to watch their children. Pool opening times were quite late and they closed at 6pm. That may be fine for little ones who sleep late, but older kids like my nephew and niece might get bored waiting until 10 or 11 for everything to open. We didn't really enjoy the evening entertainment. It was very loud until 11pm, though plenty of people seemed to like it, so that's probably personal taste. We'd come back while our little one is under five, but would look at other Palmanova hotels as he gets older.
