Puig sa Guilla 1C B3

We stayed for two weeks and loved how comfortable and spacious the apartment was. It had two balconies, including a really large one at the front. The pool was kept up so well, with daily maintenance around 7 or 7:30 in the morning. Pure bliss! 💕 Highly recommend it.

The apartment wasn't like the photos we'd seen when booking, and it was rather dirty, especially the kitchen utensils. The fridge didn't cool properly, and the beds were poor. When we complained about the beds, they brought a new mattress the same day, which was a good response. But our complaint about the fridge got no response. What we found completely unacceptable was someone entering our apartment while we were out without our permission. They said they'd always done this and had come in every day to check the fridge, but we'd never consented. The pool also seemed poorly maintained, with far too much chlorine. Our eyes hurt every day that week from it.

The place was clean and well kept, and the staff at reception were very friendly. It's a short walk to the beach. The shower pressure could be better. Air conditioning is available, but it wasn't included, and we didn't need it anyway.

Very clean, well stocked, and nicely located. For a family of four like ours, it worked perfectly, and the value for money was excellent.
