Expect to fall in love with a Catalunya heritage site, rather than the usual hotel services. There’s no bellhop or elevator, and you won't find poolside wait staff taking mojito orders. As a teacher who loves history and archaeology, I found this castle farm estate magical, like a place lost in time. It may be one of Gerona's most hidden hotel gems. The current owners' magnificence shows in their work restoring this opulent fossil. They haven't overdone it, keeping modern touches to a minimum and preserving the place's character. Without them, such a great place might have fallen into ruin.

We spent two peaceful, relaxing nights here, and I'd like to return someday. The former farmhouse is beautiful, with plenty of walking routes nearby. Our ground-floor room was spacious and comfortable, though a little damp.

The rooms are full of character and comfortable, with all the history there keeping your imagination going. Set near Pals and surrounded by nature, this beautiful boutique hotel was one of the highlights of our Costa Brava trip, with its many medieval cities. It's impossible not to fall for the place. Thanks so much for everything. 💕💕

The pool was a lovely break after a long day touring the countryside. We stayed one night and found the place charming, with spacious rooms. Dinner was traditional and great, and breakfast was too.

Birdsong was what woke us each morning, and in spring the fields are lovely with poppies. The rural hotel sits peacefully in the Empurda countryside, just 5 minutes from Pals and 15 from Begur and the beaches/calas. The owner is very friendly, and breakfast is simple but really nice. Highly recommended!
