We stopped here for one night before our cycling trip. The staff were really nice and took care of receiving and storing our bikes. The rooms were clean, and the WiFi worked well. It's not downtown, but restaurants are within walking distance. I'd stay again.

The restaurant was a mess, so you'd be better off taking a taxi somewhere else. The waiter seemed overwhelmed, with spilled wine and wrong orders. Even a basic ensalada mixta came out as potato salad from the night before. The whole place felt like a real-life Fawlty Towers, stuck in an industrial area. It seemed to be run by just two people who couldn't manage everything. Reception was keen to help but didn't know much. For a few euros more, go into Pamplona centro.

The rooms are up to Premier Inn standard and cost a very reasonable amount. There's a large bar and restaurant next door with good value food, plus a separate breakfast room and a great buffet selection. The only small issue was the bed. It had wheels, so when I sat up to read against the headboard, it moved across the room. Thanks for two great nights.

We were here on a group tour, and they gave us a completely different breakfast from the other guests. No eggs or cut fruit, and the quality was very poor.

A clean, basic hotel in an odd spot behind the industrial zone. The gym was in poor shape, with a broken treadmill and only a few other things to use.
