There's no elevator, so keep that in mind. The room is small but has what you need, and the hostel is comfortable and on one of Pamplona's main streets. The staff were kind and welcoming. I asked for gluten-free breakfast, and the chef prepared a gluten-free plate for me each morning.

We booked two rooms based on pictures that seemed to show an adjoining bathroom, but were given rooms with bathrooms shared among several rooms. It presents itself as a hotel, and the photos are misleading. In practice, it's more like a pension or hostel, and you don't necessarily get what you booked.

The shared bathroom was in awful condition and didn't even have a basic lock, which left us uncomfortable and feeling unsafe. Our room was on the fifth floor with no elevator, and it was no bigger than a wardrobe, with no windows. We were charged €1,000 for three nights. I strongly advise against staying here. Sleeping in a municipal parking lot would be better than putting up with those conditions.

The location is great for San Fermines, though it's a bit noisy if you're hoping to rest. The rooms are cramped, there's no A/C, and we found mold throughout the bathroom. Receptionists aren't available around the clock.

I waited an hour and a half for someone to arrive, since nobody was there on Sunday. The check-in details they'd given me were all wrong: they were meant to send an access code by WhatsApp, but didn't, and they also wanted me to email my credit card number to pay for parking, which never happened. When someone finally showed up, the response was, "oh so sorry it was my compares fault."
