The bar downstairs serves pintxos before the dinner menu begins at 8:30 p.m. Breakfast is 8€ for pastries, fruit, bread, yogurt, and juice. The rooms are small but cozy. There is air conditioning, though it struggles to keep the room cool during summer heat.

Being right in the centre is the room's big advantage, but it's very basic, tiny, and not spotlessly clean. The breakfast isn't worth paying for: a little ham and cheese, plain yogurts left unrefrigerated, dry bread, and croissants that are far too sweet. There's a better breakfast to be had at a cafe on the same street. Staff didn't seem very interested or motivated.

The location is what makes this place. I had a basic, affordable room with a private bathroom, clean and as expected. The receptionist was welcoming and everything went smoothly. There's an elevator, though street noise and the nearby cathedral bells can be noticeable.

Parking is a bit of a challenge, as you'd expect in the town centre, but you can pull up briefly to unload luggage. The hotel is friendly and in a fantastic spot. Breakfast is good and simple, and the evening tapas are some of the most interesting I've had. I'd definitely recommend it.

We went for dinner on Saturday during San Fermín, when it was pouring and every restaurant seemed full. The €25 menú per person came with three starters, a main, drinks, and bread, all included. Everything was delicious, and there were lots of desserts to pick from. Service was quick, and our waitress was fantastic. I recommend it.
