One thing to know is that the streets outside, especially C. San Gregorio, can stay VERY noisy late into the night. The double glazing blocks nearly all of it, but if you like sleeping with the window open, avoid rooms on that side. We were delighted as soon as we opened our room door. It was spacious, modern, spotless, and had a little kitchen area with a microwave and a small but decent-sized fridge. The air conditioning was easy to use and worked well. Every staff member we met was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location is great, five minutes on foot from the old town centre and only a little farther from the bus station. For the station, turn left onto Av. de Ejército, walk to the crossing opposite the Citadel entrance, cross, and continue two blocks. Ignore Google's route suggestions! The attached restaurant operates under a different name, though hotel staff run it. The €12 breakfast buffet was good quality, but the choice wasn't extensive and the orange juice wasn't freshly pressed. You can pay by the item instead if you don't want a big breakfast. Staff explained that option, and it cut our bill in half. It wasn't a huge deal, but it showed considerate service.

Our room was very large, with a great, functional bathroom, and the breakfast was plentiful and filling. The staff were so helpful, especially Gilvania. She walked us to the nearest lavanderia, then brought me several cups of hot tea after the restaurant had closed. She kept checking whether we needed anything else, always with a positive attitude, and we really appreciated her help. The hotel is right in the Old City, within walking distance of the historic sights, with plenty of good restaurants nearby.

The hotel's right in the city centre, with bakeries and supermarkets close by. We had a car and found nearby parking easy to locate and reach on foot. It was secure and reasonably priced at 12 euro. The room was bright, airy, very quiet, and spotless, with recent renovations, modern fittings, a comfortable bed, a desk, and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was a good size, with a rain shower, strong pressure, and plenty of hot water. The welcoming, efficient gentleman at the desk had us in the lift and upstairs in no time. Breakfast is available, though we didn't try it, and it looked good.

We were on a busy street, but once the French windows were shut, the triple glazing kept out all the sound. The staff were very welcoming, and the hotel felt modern, clean, well designed, and excellent value. It's in a great spot on the edge of the old town. Highly recommended.

We booked at the last minute, and staff were very accommodating. Our room wasn't ready, so they gave us a beer each on the house. The room was spacious and very clean, with an excellent shower and a really comfortable bed. There's plenty of space to park bicycles. I'd highly recommend it.
