TOP APARTMENT frente a la Catedral

After a frightening incident on our first night, we left and gave up the extra night we had booked. At 1am, while we were all in bed, I heard the entry door mechanism start and then the door opened by itself. The phone number they give you lets the door unlock remotely when you call, but there's no way to lock it yourself from inside. The building is very old and neglected, and it could have opened at any time. The apartment was old too, with a tiny bathroom, flickering light, stains on the curtains and sheets, and old, sparse kitchenware. I told the owner what happened and got no reply. The service was terrible. A really awful experience.

The apartment was very clean, and the location is great. Still, the place needs a lot of work. The kitchenware is scarce and in terrible shape. The bathroom is tiny and its door won't shut properly, while the light keeps flickering. In the master bedroom you have to bang the light switch to get the light on. I don't think I'll stay in that apartment again.
