Dust everywhere, long hairs that weren’t mine in the shower, facial hair that wasn’t mine in the sink, mosquitoes all night, and a cockroach in the bathroom. I’ve never slept somewhere dirtier. The airport floor would have been better. A four-star kennel.

We spent a week exploring Valencia and had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is some distance from central Valencia, near the lovely pueblo of paterna, but it’s an affordable option if you have a car for getting into the city and nearby towns. Staff treated us well from the first day. Even the room attendants were pleasant, put up with my rusty Spanish, and helped whenever they could. Our room was comfortable, tidy, and serviced daily, with an interesting view over the business area. I only wish it had an iron and a kettle. Still, it’s a great hotel and one I’d personally recommend. buena suerte a todos 🙏

The breakfast was average, and the orange juice came from a carton. There were no tea-making facilities in the room, and mold throughout the bathroom. When we complained and asked to switch rooms, they said they couldn’t because the hotel was full. This is the worst four-star hotel we’ve ever stayed in.
