Had a lot of fun there and really enjoyed being out in nature.

Carmen was friendly and helpful, and we got a lovely welcome. The house was clean and comfortable, beautifully furnished with antique-style wooden furniture that felt a bit like a castle. Beds were comfortable, linens clean and ironed, and towels soft. We came during the heat wave, though, and it was stuffy sleeping upstairs at night. There was no air conditioning or room fans, so our whole family cooled off in the pool. The pool has lights and a speaker, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The kids loved feeding and petting the cute white donkey on the grounds, and there are lots of games for the family. We also made use of the large grill. Set among olive groves and mountains, it's far from city crowds and great for nature, solitude, or late-night get-togethers, with cicadas and mosquitoes as the only neighbors. Bring insect repellent. The road to the house is paved. We had a wonderful time there with our large family.
We'd only just left, and already we wanted to come back. Josep and his parents were so kind. The farmhouse is surrounded by spectacular, very peaceful countryside, and I'll miss that quiet. We spent three days there as a family, and it was the perfect choice. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with a great outdoor area, porch, and pool. There were loads of games, including ping pong, billiards, and foosball, which both the kids and adults enjoyed.
The kids were happy outside, and the adults had a good time too. There are separate, thoughtfully arranged outdoor spaces with lots to do. Inside, the house has big rooms, updated bathrooms, two kitchens, an indoor barbecue, a large paella pan and a comfy living room. We had a fantastic stay in this carefully restored place. The owners were friendly and respectful, while still being attentive. One small thing we would have liked: bigger salad bowls, plus smaller bowls for soup or cereal.
The owner was wonderful and very attentive, and made sure we had what we needed. The farmhouse itself is lovely, set in a quiet, rural spot, and we chose it hoping for privacy. Unfortunately, the owner's father lives at the neighboring entrance and that meant much less privacy than we expected. The listing doesn't mention this, so you only find out once you're there. On our last day, the water stopped throughout the house. His father said we'd caused the problem, but his son came by and found that the water pump was at fault. I'd still rate the stay a 5, though the privacy issue should be discussed with the owner and mentioned before people book.
