The place was filthy, smelled musty and of sewage, and had broken things. They said check-in was after 5 pm, but when I arrived there was at least an hour's queue and a sign saying the wait was even longer. After waiting an hour for the keys, I was told the room needed another 45 minutes before it was ready, then checkout was at 10 am. They said they were cleaning, but there was no smell of cleaning products and it clearly hadn't been cleaned. Worst of all, the bed had no sheets. The sheets were awful, and the towels too. You have to pay separately for sheets and towels, on top of the rent. The place looks like three generations of grandmothers have lived there. Honestly, it's not worth it.

The penthouse was terrible, and I'd give it less than one star if I could. The smell in the apartment was awful, and everything was dirty or in bad shape. The blinds wouldn't lift, the furniture was broken, and the dining table wobbled because it had no support. The toilet was loose, the front door wouldn't close properly, and both sofa beds were unusable because their metal frames stuck out. No matter how much we cleaned, the balcony table and chairs stayed dusty. The utensils were rusty and had hair on them. We had to get a copy of the keys ourselves because we were given only one set, and ask for a dustpan because the apartment wasn't fully equipped.

There's a bakery and restaurants right next door, and everything is walkable. It's a small, well-maintained building facing the sea, with the beach just across the one-way road.

The apartment on floor 4-2 was falling apart. There was only one bed, not two, and the two sofa beds were unusable, their metal frames digging into our backs. We had to sleep on the floor, and one sharp edge even cut one of my children on the door. The toilet was loose, the bidet had come away from the floor, and the old furniture was dilapidated. Blue graffiti and dirt covered the walls. The sliding doors wouldn't shut, and the broken front door dragged so badly it was hard to open or close. There was no data access or signal, so we had to go down to the beach to get connected. A sign said no eating, drinking, or smoking by the pool, but a group of people who seemed to be owners were doing all that and enjoying themselves. It was a terrible stay, and we would never repeat it.
