It's close to the beach, but the apartment was dirty. The sofa was stained from people sleeping on it, and it hadn't been swept or mopped, so we had to clean it ourselves. There's hardly any water pressure, and things are quite broken. It seems intended for two people, but for four...
Getting to the beach is easy, just cross over. It's a quiet place, with good access and parking.
I was disappointed to find the pool closed due to Covid when we came for 10 days at the end of July 2020. I've been coming to Voramar for 25 years, and this was a big surprise. Nobody seemed to know about the closure, while the other nearby pools were open. I wish we'd been told before we left.
The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay, almost right on the beach. I loved Peñíscola, from the town and beaches to the apartment we stayed in. I'd come back anytime.
The apartments feel cramped, with the kitchen, beds, sofa, and living room all packed into about 50 meters. Honestly, it's a bit overwhelming. Parking is the other downside, it's mission impossible when residents and non-residents are all parking there.
