Apartamentos Con Piscina Peñiscola 3000

The large, clean pool, peaceful setting, and parking were highlights, and it's a bonus that pets are allowed. Apartamento 3000's staff were professional and attentive, answering our questions quickly and satisfactorily. The apartment is about a 20-minute walk from Peñiscola's old town. Its beds are very comfortable, and the rooms have extra pillows, blankets, and a small fan. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. There are two terraces, one at the front with a table, chairs, and parasol, and one at the back with a clothesline and laundry area. For early June in a tourist area, the value for money was perfect.

The many hills and ravines make getting around tricky, especially if you don't know the area. Even with GPS, you'll get lost. The location does have one upside for children: it's enclosed, so they can play. The house is very nice, but there's no air conditioning for summer or winter. In the off-season, the price is reasonable and the stay is acceptable.

It's a nice place to relax, but you need to bring or buy everything yourself. There's no bedding or towels, and no ham or dishwashing supplies either.

The house we stayed in was dirty, yet we had to clean it before leaving or they wouldn't return the deposit. They charge for everything.
