Our stay was 10 out of 10. The whole place was spotless, with hygiene that felt out of this world.

The room was nice and cleaned every day, and the hotel overall is pleasant. It can be a bit noisy with so many children, though that wasn’t a big issue. There was a moldy smell from the air conditioner, so we hardly used it. As English speakers, we struggled because almost nobody wanted or was able to speak English. Jorge, a waiter at the Hotel Bar, stood out for his professional, attentive manner with my family, and he was the only one who spoke English with us without difficulty. The place is perfect, the food is good, and Peniscola is a very good holiday destination.

There’s a huge balcony, and the rooms were great. We had a great time here. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away, with lots of bars and restaurants in the area.

We liked that it’s just 2 minutes from the beach, with shops a short walk away and a bus stop right in front. It’s a very well located, family-friendly hotel, spotlessly clean, with really friendly staff. Although it’s a big hotel, it never felt crowded. There was always space by the pool, sunbeds available, and plenty of tables and chairs around it. The food was nice, though it was kind of lukewarm even when we came early. That wasn’t a problem for us. There was a good gluten-free selection and lactose-free milk too. There are lots of activities for kids and adults, including a pool table, PS5, massage, playground, minigolf, sauna, gym, and hot tub. Not all the staff speak English, but we enjoyed trying out some Spanish and using Google Translator, and everything worked out great.
