The apartment was filthy when I got there, even though they made me wait until 5 pm because they said they were cleaning it. The floor was covered in dirt. The sink drain is practically falling apart and so stiff it’s hard to use, and the refrigerator seal is worn out, making the door a struggle to open. They expect you to leave the place spotless, not just tidy, and check out is by 10 am. I was on vacation but felt like the maid, with the threat of being charged for cleaning despite arriving to a dirty apartment. Awful. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Check-in was just as bad. The girl and guy who served me mocked other guests while being inefficient, and told me to arrive at 4 pm even though they didn’t open until 5. Two rude, unhelpful people were the first thing I encountered on a trip meant for relaxing. When I handed in the key, another guy who clearly didn’t like his job said in his rude tone that my deposit would be returned in about three hours. Luckily, I went in person the day before and spoke to Diego and another girl whose name I don’t know. They were the only pleasant people during my stay and said the deposit would be back within half an hour, or an hour at most. Thanks, Diego, you and your colleague are the most valuable people in the company.

The office staff were no help with problems they’d caused by failing to communicate with Booking.com. We arrived at the agreed time but were charged an extra €20 that seemed to come out of nowhere. There were no sheets, so we had to ask for them, and paying extra for air conditioning was pathetic and unbelievable. They first said we could stay until 5 pm for another €35, then on the day told us that wasn’t possible anymore because there was a queue at 1 pm. It’s disgraceful, sad, and deplorable. I won’t return and recommend staying somewhere else.

The apartments are old and smell unpleasant. There’s no air conditioning, and the fan doesn’t work. Everything costs extra, including towels and a portable air conditioner. It’s expensive and has no amenities, so you’re better off at a hotel with everything included. I’m furious 😡😡😡. We won’t be back.

We were offered a fan for 10 euros more, so I took it, only to find they were out of stock and there was no option to pick one up. Be careful about counting on getting anything from this agency, or you could get a nasty surprise 😤 The day we arrived at the office was awful. I’d gone in that morning to check in properly, and the girl said we could come at 4 instead of 5. Imagine my surprise when a queue of people was waiting in the heat at 4, because she’d told everyone the same thing. The organization is pathetic, and we had to wait an hour for them to open as she’d said. Also, read carefully when booking: the apartment had no air conditioning and not even a fan. That part was my mistake for not reading properly.
