It's a quiet, family-friendly apartment complex with a pool and private parking. The beach is about 150 meters away, and the bus stop is roughly 100 meters away. It's between Peñíscola and Benicarló, around 4 km from Peñíscola Castle.

We spent a week there, and I can't recommend it. The apartment was basic and the cleaning only okay. Bathroom towels cost extra, and they didn't provide enough. On departure day we had to leave by 10 am, yet they kept us waiting more than half an hour in the blazing sun to check out. The owner was anything but friendly.

The pool is very nice, and the beach is close, though it's pebbly. It's far from the castle but near Peñismar. I haven't stayed in that particular apartment, but I've had apartments in the building for many years and they're all the same, so I'm commenting on the building in general.

We keep coming back for the third year in a row, especially for the large terrace overlooking the Peñíscola watchtowers. The apartment is spotless, well equipped, and has air conditioning in every room. The master bedroom has a trundle bed for the children, so we don't have to use the sofa bed when we're travelling with the grandparents. Highly recommended!

The apartments are really comfortable, and the residents are very friendly. It's a very quiet complex, perfect for families.
