The best part is the location, about a five-minute walk from the beach. The big problem is paying €50 for a week of “air conditioning” that’s really just a tiny fan. The house has two floors, so you end up competing over who gets to stay cool. Don’t try plugging anything in while the fan is on, or the power cuts out immediately. You had to unplug the fan to shower and get hot water. Towels aren’t provided, and you have to pay for them. Hand soap was only in the upstairs bathroom. The toilet flush is slow, and the shower pressure is weak.
