The pool was lovely, and we had a nice swim. They also gave us wine and eggs from their hens. The place was clean, though nothing special, and at times the farm smell was hard to bear. We arrived very late, and one person in our group had to wait in a bar until 11:00 p.m. because they wouldn't give him a key, even though he was the brother of the person who booked. I understand it's rural tourism, but that was frustrating.

The rock paintings here are a World Heritage Site. The area is known as Oliana, though it's actually within the municipality of Peramola, and it's an ideal place to go climbing.
