El Pescador

We came with friends and the hotel suited our group perfectly. Even though we arrived late, the staff made check-in easy. The room was cozy, clean, and fresh-smelling, and having a bathtub with hot water was a real treat on a chilly winter morning. We found that quite rare in Spain. There’s a lovely outdoor seating area downstairs for breakfast, and large open balconies facing the Atlantic Ocean where we spent the evening talking and enjoying each other’s company. An incredible place with a view.

Staff were helpful, and there’s a garden plus a bar/restaurant serving breakfast. The hotel is handy for the waterfront cafés and restaurants. Rooms are decent and well cared for. Underground parking is available, but the entrance is very steep, as are the steps back up to road level.

We slept really, really well. The beds and mattresses are very comfortable, and the rooms have what you need, even a bathtub. Everything was extremely clean, and the staff were welcoming and happy to help. Restaurants in Santa Cristina, the bus station, and grocery shops are all within walking distance. Great value for money, and we’ll come back. Thank you, Pescador, for having us!

We had a room with a terrace and a sea view, a lovely place to sit in the morning or at night. The bathroom was very clean and the towels were changed daily. Staff were friendly, and there are good restaurants nearby. A bus stop is close, and a taxi to downtown Coruna takes 10 minutes. Great value at this price.
