We accidentally booked one fewer day than we needed. The staff were great and sorted us out with another day at the same price, without any trouble. Good value for what you get.

Everything else was okay, but the Wi-Fi kept turning off and wasn’t usable for work. As a computer technician who visited, I looked into it and found the router was overheating under the many requests from guests. It was already overloaded and couldn’t serve more people. The router model has been discontinued and is pretty outdated. I’ve been a computer engineer for over 10 years, and I’d suggest replacing it with a newer router that supports MESH, along with repeaters. For a hotel this large with wide rooms, I recommend the Netgear Nighthawk series.

The staff were friendly, the room was lovely, and the view was nice. Good value too. There’s free parking around the corner and a small supermarket right next door.

The lift broke when we got back from dinner. The hotel is very old and badly maintained, the room wasn’t clean, and almost everything in the bathroom was broken. Worst hotel ever. Avoid it!

The staff were amazing, and my room was very clean. There’s a wonderful natural beach just a five-minute walk away.
