Peacocks wandering around and sweet house cats give the place a special charm. The setting feels magical and rustic, with roomy spaces and good facilities, including a kitchen and pool. There’s a tennis court next door that belongs to a very generous neighbor. The owner is helpful and available whenever you need assistance. Thanks for such a special stay!

We had a spacious, clean ground-floor apartment for our family of ten, with a big terrace where we could get out of the sun and a large pool. The washing machine, toilet, and shower are in a separate building by the pool. The area was quiet, close to lovely Petra, and a good base for seeing the island. Only small downside was a bit of a damp smell when we first entered the house.

We’d happily come back for another holiday in this very nice, luxurious villa in a peaceful part of Mallorca. The house was huge, looked fancy, and had a fully equipped kitchen. A few things could be better: the metal-backed chairs weren’t comfortable, there was no small table by the TV, and the bath didn’t have a proper fixed shower.

A good-value place between Sant Joan and Petra, around 30 minutes from the airport. The apartments are large and well equipped with a kitchen, Wi-Fi, and TV, though the rooms themselves are simple. Upstairs rooms have lovely views over the countryside. A good option if you want to stay away from the tourist crowds on the west side of the island.

Son Burgues was perfect for our quiet inland Mallorca holiday. With a car, everything was still close: Petra is five minutes away, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and some good restaurants, and Playa de Muro’s beautiful white sand and gorgeous colored sea is about 25 minutes away. The only small downside was tiny mosquitoes or flies in the bedroom. The garden is carefully looked after each morning, so the grass stays green, the pool clean, and the ground free of leaves. The house and its hotel apartments are beautiful, with a luxurious, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and a terrace or veranda. All four of us slept really well, thanks to the good mattresses and air conditioning in the rooms. Mister Sebastian brings fruit and vegetables and can help with any problem. He speaks Spanish, but uses Google Translate very well. His son Marti speaks English and is easy to reach. Great value for this much comfort and a pool with beautiful views in a quiet spot.
