The staff were the best part for us. They were so lovely that they even decorated the whole apartment to make our Valentine's Day special ♥️ We'd stayed here 5 years ago and came back because that visit had left us with such a special memory. The apartments are spacious and clean, with everything you need to feel at home.

We were there for 5 days and everything was perfect. The place was clean, modern, and well located, with friendly staff. The room had a huge TV, and the kitchen was comfortable and well equipped. We'd definitely come back.

It was clean, but with no windows to look outside and no balcony, the apartment felt closed in and trapped. We had booked March 31st to April 26th, then had to leave unexpectedly on April 2nd. I messaged the hostess to let her know. She was in the app a few hours later but didn't come by, which disappointed me. She also speaks mostly Russian.
