The housekeeping staff have been kind and helpful, and the place is decent apart from the room we got. Our bathroom smelled so badly that we couldn't use one of them. We spent two days trying to reach management without a reply. The smell might be fixed by adding windows or repairing the vents. After I posted this, management replied, but I don't appreciate being called a liar when I have the messages showing how long we waited for an answer. You offered a treatment, but I can't see the alternative you say you offered. We turned down one treatment because your employee knocked without warning. We asked to arrange it for another day. With a family, we couldn't leave the room for several hours at short notice. The WhatsApp staff let you down, even though the housekeeping staff were lovely. I removed a star because of the ongoing bathroom smell and another because of the WhatsApp team's handling and your accusation. I hope the other rooms are better and that you treat customers better.

The beds are really comfortable, and the AC works great. The TV is good too. I'm recovering from surgery here, and it's been a great place to do that.

Getting into the apartment with the room access tech was so easy, even without a reception desk. Inside, it was really clean and had all the essentials. Lovely apartment. The shower needs some work, though. Everything else was perfect.

The location worked especially well for us because we traveled by train. The station and the bus stop for Warner Bros. Park are less than a five-minute walk away, with bars, restaurants, and supermarkets only a few minutes away too. We had a pleasant, quiet stay, and none of the noise mentioned in the bad reviews bothered us. We booked two apartments for two adults and three children over the May bank holiday weekend. They were clean and comfortable, with what we needed for breakfast and a light dinner. The furniture and mattresses were new. The mattresses weren't as good as ours at home, but I don't expect to find a perfect one in a hotel. There's no luggage storage, which is the one drawback. They let us know our apartment was ready several hours before check-in, but we were already at Warner Bros. Park, where there are luggage lockers. Communication with management was excellent from the day we booked. We'd definitely return on our next visit.

The place was clean, quiet, and well located, and they answered our WhatsApp questions quickly. A few things could use attention: the walls need repainting, and parking was difficult. The toilet radiator was stuck on full heat. It was 19 degrees Celsius, and there was no way to turn it off. We mentioned it so they could fix it, but it was still like that when we left.
