The staff were helpful, parking was good, and the location worked well. But the noise made it hard to sleep. I could hear other guests until nearly 2am, then it started up again at 6. Honestly, the main road might have been quieter. I won't stay again. There are two other hotels within five minutes with better reviews for the same price. Checkout is at 11, yet housekeeping knocked at 10 to clean the room.

I wouldn't call this good value. The room had very basic beds and little else, and the window looked straight onto the car park. Breakfast was one of the worst I've had, with poor quality and not enough choice.

On 11.10.24, we arrived around 8.30 pm. A staff member told us we could use the cafe microwave after 10.30. When I went in at 10.45, a male staff member shouted, “No! No! No!” The same woman spoke with him and then told me we couldn't go in. A little later, another woman talked to them, and we were allowed into the cafe to use the microwave. After that, the male staff member gave my wife and me hot water with an unpleasant expression and gesture. Mr Owner of Hotel, what should I make of this? Was it discrimination, bad manners, or rudeness?

I've stayed in budget hotels before, but this is the best one I've been to. The room had a little sofa and a desk, a firm mattress and two good pillows. The bathroom was small, though it worked perfectly well and had a bath. Blackout curtains and heating I could control were nice to have. The staff were friendly, even though I'm not Spanish. What more could you ask for?

We stopped here to rest during our trip to eastern Spain, and it suited that purpose well. There are outdoor parking spaces, plus shopping centers and restaurants close by. Madrid isn't far if you'd like to visit.
