Handy spot if you're heading to Warner Park.

If you're Spanish or happy partying at 2am, this might suit you. The hotel gets very loud after 10pm, and I couldn't sleep without earplugs. The bathroom door didn't close properly, so there was no privacy. Breakfast costs far too much for what you get, just sweet croissants or oranges, no vegetables or anything like that. At least a few people spoke English.

The staff and service were great, and they even found a crib for our infant. Our room did need some repairs: the sink top had a big crack, the bathroom door frame was warped at the bottom from water, and the wallpaper was showing wear.

We were happy with our family room, especially the huge bed for the three of us. We stayed three nights and booked the package with hotel breakfast and two days at Warner Bros Park. It came to around €100 per night for the three of us. Breakfast buffet was really good and filling, and it was nice to be able to open the room window for fresh air. Our October trip worked out well. We stayed the nights of the 10th, 11th and 12th, Spain's National Holiday Día de Hispanidad. On the 11th, the park was almost empty, so we managed nearly every attraction and rode the rollercoasters again and again, sometimes with no queue. Batman was the favorite for speed and fun, and Stunt Fall was a huge adrenaline rush. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Pinto's main train and bus station. Pinto is lovely, with lots of parks and walking paths, though watch out crossing roads: drivers go very fast despite all the speed bumps. Bus #413 leaves the station for Warner Bros Park without stops and costs €2 each way per person. There's no hotel shuttle to the park or station. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there's a height measuring sign in the lobby for the rides. Kids above 142cm can go on almost every attraction. There were a couple of room issues. The bathroom is newly renovated, and the tub and shower were great, as was the shaving kit. But the design means water splashes and pools on the floor, and there was water damage on the bottom of our bathroom door trim. The guest wifi login was horrendous, asking for more information than a used car salesman and still not letting us in. The front desk staff had heard this complaint so often that they politely gave us the staff wifi network and password instead. That was simple to log into and worked. Even with those hiccups, for the price, comfort, daily cleaning, breakfast and park passes, I'd give it 5 out of 5. Worth a stay if you're in the area and want a good budget price.
