Staff were friendly, and the place was very clean with working air conditioning. It's centrally located, so getting around on foot is easy. Breakfast was good, though it cost extra and there weren't any vegetables. The only small annoyance was that the rooms could use more convenient access to power outlets.

We did get room cleaning while we were out, and the shower had strong pressure, but those things won't bring me back. There are no photos because it was that bad. Our room, 217, was noisy all evening, like people were dragging tables and chairs around upstairs. The bathroom light kept flickering and the walls were dirty. The vending machine downstairs was broken, and staff weren't helpful when we tried to get water. Luckily, a restaurant across the road was still open at 23:30. The hotel should have had drinks available to buy at reception. The power went out completely on 10/12/23 at around 20:30 for a good 10 minutes, with no apology or explanation.
