I loved the teapots for the infusions, and the cutlery and beautiful glasses and stemware caught my eye. I didn't try the wine, but the people who did were very pleased. Bring a warm layer, though, in case the mountain reminds you where you are. We were among the first guests at the restaurant, invited as a birthday surprise with family and friends. We all enjoyed the wide range of dishes, and the service was impeccable. The renovated café and dining room had opened for us to try, and the spacious, comfortable lounge made it easy to linger together. The desserts were wonderful, and we all shared at least a spoonful before moving to the terrace for a long after-dinner chat, from coffee to leisurely drinks. Everything was clean and lovely, and even the sun seemed reluctant to leave. The La Serrana guesthouse staff said the four-star hotel should open soon, probably in a few weeks. I enjoyed the place in spring and imagine it'll be an oasis in summer, with fallen leaves in autumn and snow in winter. Breathtaking. I have to go back.

The oak groves in autumn are especially lovely and well worth a stroll. We also asked to see the rooms, which they said would be ready in a few weeks. They looked quite good and seemed in keeping with the inn's quality. We came for lunch at the grand opening and had a wonderful time. The dining room felt elegant and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The menu was nicely balanced, with the truffle risotto and roasts standing out. The surroundings were exceptional. I'll definitely return.

After being closed for 13 years, the hotel reopened today following renovations, starting with the restaurant. We loved all of it, from appetizers, salads, meat and fish to dessert. The ingredients were excellent and the cooking spectacular, especially for the price. The hotel itself opens in two weeks and looks very promising. We'll definitely be back.

Hospedería La Serrana has a beautiful mountain setting, incredible views, and a real sense of escape. The renovated building and attentive service show care in the details, and the facilities are very well maintained. It's a lovely spot to unwind and try the local cuisine, which is well worth it. A few days here would be a great way to recharge. I'll definitely be back.

The service at Hospedería de la Serrana is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in. The food is just as memorable: local ingredients and authentic regional flavors, presented with care and a fresh, inventive touch while keeping the traditional tastes. The dishes are outstanding. If you're passing through Piornal, this mountain stop is a must. The rural setting is spectacular and captivating from the moment you arrive. We'll definitely be back!
