The location was hard to beat, only a five-minute walk from the main square. Inside, the two-floor apartment matched the photos, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The living room and sofa worked well for our group. I can't think of another place I've stayed that had everything like this.

The apartment was a huge disappointment. It was barely clean, and the shower apparently has been clogged for months. The listing never says that the place is split over two levels with narrow stairs, so it isn't suitable for anyone with reduced mobility. The owner was quite arrogant and at first wouldn't deal with our complaints about the shower and bathroom. Future guests should think carefully and consider somewhere else. I'm giving one star only because the site won't let me post without choosing one.

Noelia and Cristian were so kind and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house itself is spacious and tastefully restored, with room to leave bikes by the entrance. The modern bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size. It's right by the Parador in the city center. Highly recommended ❤️👍

We were left without a place to stay for the first night of our vacation, and with less than a week to go, we don't know what we'll find or how much it will cost. We'd booked four months earlier, listing our three dogs, and the reservation was canceled only a week before arrival. The issue isn't simply that they don't accept pets. We understand hosts can set their own rules, and after ten years of traveling with our dogs, we're careful to book places that allow them. The problem is confirming a booking with the dogs listed and then canceling so late. The apartment manager said pets had never been allowed. But Airbnb doesn't show properties that prohibit pets when you include them in the guest details. When we asked why, they said a pet alert had just come through and reservations are automatically canceled in that situation. The cancellation also included a personalized message that was clearly written by someone. ALL LIES. It seems like the only excuse they could come up with. Two months earlier, they had pressured us to check in through WhatsApp, without using the platform, just to ask whether we were coming because another family was asking about availability. That already seemed suspicious. Now that they've canceled, it's even more so. The date is marked unavailable, though I don't know whether Airbnb blocked it or the host did. It doesn't make sense to have a “pets allowed” filter if they then tell us pets aren't accepted. We always use that filter, and we've learned from experience that Airbnb leaves out properties that don't allow pets when they're included in the search. They can make whatever excuses they want, but we're the ones left scrambling for somewhere to stay at short notice. Be careful, because today it was pets, but who knows what might happen to you. They've offered some pet-friendly alternatives through WhatsApp, but that's not the point. I can search Booking.com myself. You shouldn't confirm a reservation with three pets listed if you don't accept them, especially then canceling less than a week before arrival. We'll try to get Airbnb to penalize them somehow. I'd include a screenshot showing that pets are allowed, though Google takes down reviews that include one, and they can always change it anyway. I'd say Airbnb should let hosts prohibit pets.
