The secure parking was very convenient and a real plus for our visit. We paid a little extra for it. Our apartment was spotless, comfortable, and reasonably well equipped, though quite compact. The owner, David, was very helpful.

The owner even helped us store our bicycles, which was great. A very clean and excellent place to stay.

David was charming and easy to reach, and the apartment had everything we needed despite being small. It was all new and thoughtfully put together. We stayed three days and two nights, and had nothing but praise for the place. It's just 20 steps from the main square, with very affordable parking. We explored the whole center of Plasencia on foot, which was the best part. There's also a very good restaurant downstairs that I'd highly recommend. If we come back, I know where we'll stay.

We stayed the night of December 31, 2025, and had a fantastic time. The location is just 10 meters from the main square, with parking 20 meters away. The soundproofing was excellent, the heating fantastic, and everything was superbly clean. David was wonderful, friendly, helpful, and always available. He helped us book New Year's Eve dinner and have it at the apartment. There's a spectacular restaurant right downstairs. We were absolutely delighted. Thank you so much, friends.
