For €35 a night, the central location is amazing, right beside the Cathedral and main plaza with its shops and morning markets. The rooftop terrace is small but charming, with a view. The woman running the place was pleasant, but the shower head needs replacing, even though the shower worked. I’d stay again and highly recommend it.

We arrived without a booking and asked for a room that night. It cost 40 euro. The rooms were absolutely clean, with fresh bed linen and towels, and I enjoyed sitting on the rooftop terrace. The lady at reception was very sweet and helpful. Thanks for letting us stay!

We ended up staying an extra night because of the torrential rain. The hostel is in a historic building in the old part of the city, and our room was lovely and clean, with an en-suite and two single beds. We slept well, the beds were really comfortable, and it was great value at less than £40 per night. Breakfast was available for an extra cost. We went out to the Plaza Major.
