The people at Els Pins made our anniversary trip memorable. Everyone was warm, friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was very clean. Our room was a good size for two and was VERY clean, with room service during our three nights there. The continental buffet had a big selection and the breakfast was delicious. The location was brilliant, a block from the beach and two blocks from the main street. We'd originally booked another hotel through Jet2, but it was cancelled for renovations, and I'm so glad we ended up here.

The cozy feel and genuine hospitality were a real joy. It may not be a five-star hotel, but the staff were all friendly and helpful, and they're a credit to this family-run place. This delightful little hotel is right in the heart of Playa d’Aro, just steps from a lovely beach and close to the town's restaurants, bars and other spots.

We had a great six-day stay and would come back. The team were some of the kindest, most helpful and accommodating people I've come across. The beds were comfortable and the rooms, while not large, were a reasonable and usable size. Both the bar and dining room are attractive and comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of choice. The pool area is small but nicely arranged, and it wasn't too busy while we were there. The hotel is about 20m from the beach and a two-minute walk from the main road with lots of nice shops, bars and restaurants.

We had the most wonderful seven nights here in September. Els Pins is a lovely little gem, and the staff, cleanliness and location were all five stars for us. We will definitely return. Thank you, Rachel & Steve.

This was our second visit, so we knew what to expect, and we were delighted with the place again. The staff are professional and guest-focused, and look after you with real care and kindness. Breakfast is good quality, with something for everyone. Being close to the beach, shops and restaurants is a bonus. Platja d'Aro is a proper town and worth exploring. We'll be back soon xx.
