A really peaceful, relaxing area, with lovely landscaping, trees and greenery. The estate is full of smart, well-kept properties, and it was easy to find, not far from the seafront path. I'd definitely come back to this area, 10/10.

This is a private residential complex, in my view, so calling it a hotel is wrong. The houses are individually owned and decorated to each owner's taste, and just a few are rented out. Many owners are retired people from Central Europe, and you can see how much care they put into their gardens. The place has been here for over 25 years. Its houses are built in Lanzarote's traditional style and painted with lime, which feels very different inside from the newer homes that are just white concrete blocks. It's also easily the most beautiful and best-kept complex in Playa Blanca. And dear Google, it's not a holiday resort. Every house is different, with its own renovations and furnishings.
