We had a great time, and our experience was nothing like some reviews saying staff were unavailable or food was poor with little choice. The food was hot and good, with a solid selection. Our room was really nice and clean, the staff were awesome, and the entertainment was great. Mike from the animation team deserves a shout out for being such a good host for the games and activities. The all-inclusive cocktails were somewhat limited, but there was a good choice of spirits and good beer. We'll definitely come back.

We're here on holiday now, and we're glad we chose Premium Plus, which is adults only. Check-in was easy and welcoming. Kendra gave us all the information and was lovely. The suite has been more than adequate, with a large double bed, wardrobe, TVs in both the bedroom and lounge, a fridge with water, soft drinks and beer replenished daily, plus a Nespresso machine, kettle, tea and coffee. There's also a good shower with plenty of hot water, a shaving mirror, hairdryer, air conditioning, a fan and a heater. Outside, there's a furnished patio with sunbeds. We came in January and never struggled to find a sunbed or had to wait long for anything. A daily shuttle goes to the beach and town, or it's an easy 15-minute walk downhill. The food is good enough, and the staff are lovely. Entertainment is average at best, with some very poor singers in the adults' area and other shows in the family area. The spa has a hydrotherapy pool, sauna and steam room, and Premium Plus guests can use it as often as they like for free.

The staff and hotel itself were lovely, and our room was spacious and felt private. The grounds are beautifully kept. We were three mums counting on a child-free break, though, and this wasn't what we'd hoped for. Jet2 sold it as adults only, but children were everywhere. That's not the hotel's fault. It does have an adults-only bar, pool and restaurant, but that's no different from other resorts with designated adult areas. The buffet made some effort to vary things each day. Going to the main pool bar for lunch felt like a kindergarten food fight at 1pm, so we didn't go back. If we hadn't been banking so much on a holiday without children, I would have been over the moon. I'm really unhappy with Jet2.

We didn't expect to enjoy this holiday as much as we did, but we ended up having a great time. The resort worked really well for my mobility issues, with very few steps anywhere. We were in the all-inclusive Premium Suites. Reception was lovely and the staff friendly. Room 692 was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. We asked reception for espresso coffee pods and they were replaced daily. We always found sunbeds at the adults' pool, and the spa replaced our pool towels each day. We could use the spa for free whenever we liked, and enjoyed it on a cloudy afternoon. Breakfast in the main restaurant suited us both. I liked muesli, fruit and yogurt, while my husband went for piping hot eggs, sausages and beans. We had dinner upstairs at La Miranda? and found plenty to eat, including fish, vegetables and specials, with great desserts too. It depends what you like. Days by the adults' pool were relaxing, and the food and drinks at Los Jameos by the pool were excellent, fresh and hot. Adrianna gave us quick, entertaining service and made us laugh every day. Chuss's drinks and service were faultless. What a duo! If you go looking for faults, you'll probably find them. If you want a relaxing sunny holiday, I'd definitely come back. We spoke to plenty of other British guests who felt the same.

Ramon's introduction to wines, cheeses and cocktails was great. He'd put it together well, kept it to a good length and presented it with lots of enthusiasm, alongside his lovely assistant Lulu x. Chus has a fantastic sense of humour and is always ready to help. The staff are consistently polite and helpful, and the hotel is kept clean and tidy. The bungalow-style rooms are tidy and very clean too, and housekeeping is prompt.
