The wine tasting with Marta and Alexandro was lovely, and we really enjoyed the cheese board too. As more people joined in, the atmosphere stayed relaxed and welcoming. They knew their wines and clearly have a real passion for the islands. Thank you!

I’d read some negative reviews and was a little concerned, but we didn’t run into a single problem. The service was smooth and reliable, and the Rituals soap in the bathrooms was a nice touch. Ed in the Disco Bar deserves a mention too, he was warm and welcoming and made the evenings better. The food was good and always served warm, and the drinks were outstanding, arriving within minutes wherever we were in the hotel. The all-inclusive package was well worth it. We’d definitely return.

Mike's coffee bar was excellent every time, and service in the disco bar was good too. The hotel is nicely designed and generally very clean. We liked the lower pool with its terrapins and fish. The rest was more mixed. The pools, heated one included, were cold, and service was lacking in all the restaurants, especially the Italian. Food often came out cold, including vegetables, scrambled egg and rice dishes. Vegetarian choices were poor, with the steakhouse offering an undercooked plate of vegetables without sauce. There was little entertainment and no music or atmosphere by the pools, which felt very much like a retirement complex. The rooms need updating. We paid nearly £4k for a package with flights and five all-inclusive nights for four people across three rooms. I wouldn’t call it good value.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they sorted out any requests or problems almost immediately. We enjoyed the tasty food, especially the varied dinners and delicious desserts. Breakfast was quite similar from one day to the next. There was pleasant live music in the bar in the evenings. The hotel was nice, though some areas could use more upkeep and more frequent cleaning, particularly hard-to-reach spots. We had a rental car and spent our days exploring the island, so I can’t really comment on the pools or entertainment, etc. ;)
