H10 Timanfaya Palace - Adults Only

The bars, pools and other areas were beautifully maintained, and the facilities were outstanding. Evening entertainment was varied, different and well organised. We’ve stayed at plenty of all-inclusive hotels, but the food and drinks here were exceptional. Every staff member was courteous, friendly and provided exceptional service. Nothing was too much trouble. We can’t praise H10 Timanfaya Palace enough and are looking forward to coming back. Don’t hesitate to book. Date of stay: January 2026. Travelled with family. Everyone and everything is skilfully handled. Don’t worry.

We had a nice week and liked the quiet, adults-only atmosphere. The poolside area was pleasant with plenty of free sunbeds, and the restaurant had lovely sunset views if you got the right table. We had two sunny days. The hotel looks impressive outside, the reception is lovely, and Tui reps were pleasant. The bus from the airport took about 30-35 minutes, and there’s a small man-made beach about a 5-7 minute walk away. There were a few serious annoyances. The place needs cosmetic work, like fresh paint, and both indoor pool tables were out of order all week. Of the three lifts, one had doors that banged shut but didn’t close properly, so I refused to use it after the first time. Another didn’t work for our whole stay, and the third stopped working on our departure day. Outside room 234 there was an awful stagnant-water smell. Our room was a decent size, but the view was of a delivery ramp despite being sold as a garden view, and the porch got no sun. We wouldn’t return.

We had a lovely room with a sea and Montana Roja view, two large beds and a great walk-in shower. The hotel is well laid out, not too spread out, and its restaurants are arranged nicely. It’s about a 15-minute walk along the seafront to Playa Blanca town. The staff looked after us very well, and the bar service was the best we’ve had at any hotel. Everyone was very friendly, and the whole holiday was brilliant. Thanks Jose.

Four visits in, I still haven’t met a bad member of staff. They’re the nicest, kindest and most fun people, and nothing is too much trouble. José manages everything impeccably, and he’s friendly, kind and always leaves his door open to guests. That attitude seems to carry through the whole team. The rooms are super comfortable and housekeeping work so hard. Honestly, there are too many names to mention, but you won’t regret staying here!
