The only real drawback was smoking on the terrace. Smoking indoors is rightly prohibited, but the units are connected, so a chain-smoking neighbour can make it unbearable. That’s why we decided not to rent there again. Otherwise, the new Suites development sits right along the sea quay, with fantastic views and just a short walk east of Puerto Marina Rubicon. The interiors and furnishings are stylish, and the housekeeping and management are very competent.

I spent 10 wonderful days at the villa, enjoying its incredible location, spacious rooms, private pool, and peaceful surroundings. It has everything you could need, and more. Silvia was lovely and always checked that I was doing well. She even had an amazing birthday gift for me. I’ll be back very soon. Now I know paradise exists!

The villa interior was spotless, spacious, and really welcoming. The villas make a wonderful place for a holiday. Privacy might be a little limited because the walls between neighbouring villas are low, though that’s needed to enjoy the lovely sea views.

It’s right by the sea with a fantastic view, in a quiet spot that still puts the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife within walking distance. A car is recommended for getting to the nicer beaches, about a 10-minute drive away.
