We had a very relaxed stay in December 2025 and would recommend the accommodation for its easy access to bars, restaurants, beaches, and shops. Booking and getting into the place were straightforward, and we had no problems. We know the area, so we already knew the location would suit us. The room facilities were more than enough, though we didn't cook. It was quiet outside, and hardly anyone used the pool or hot tub. A little road noise never bothered us, and we didn't need headphones. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were kept very clean, and we were especially impressed by how well the outside was maintained. The Christmas touches and welcome pack were lovely. I'm sure Tania at reception would have sorted out any issues. We'd definitely come back for another chilled-out holiday. Thanks to Tania and the New Lanzasuites Team for a great break.

It felt like a home from home. We just got back to Maspalomas Gran Ganaria after a really relaxing Christmas break at Villas New Lanzasuites Plus in Playa Blanca. Everything was as advertised and perfect. The private jacuzzi and terrace are very secluded. Thanks to Tania at reception, housekeeping, and the maintenance staff.

This is quiet, adults-only self-catering accommodation with a nice pool and garden. Our place was a good size, with comfortable beds, a good shower, and a private terrace with our own loungers. Restaurants, bars, and a supermarket are within a five-minute walk. The promenade has plenty more bars and restaurants for a longer stroll, and the marina and shops at the far end are about a 35-minute walk away.

We loved staying here. It's easy to get around Playa Blanca from this great location, and the rooms were just right for a couple. It was very quiet too.

Such a lovely, peaceful place for a relaxing break, and amazing for the price. The villa had everything we could want, including a pool, hot tub, private patio, and barbecue. We really liked the welcome gift and the high-quality accommodation. We'll be back.
