Villas Puerto Rubicon

I'm here now, and the villa's been perfect. It's spacious, clean and in an ideal spot, with a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The villas aren't luxurious, but they're really clean and just right for a short break. The location is excellent, with the marina and shops a five-minute walk away and the beach about ten minutes away. There is a building site next door, but it's outside their control, so I can't be too critical about that.

The kitchen has everything you'd need if you want to cook, though there are some amazing restaurants down from the marina. The villa, pool and bedding were all immaculately clean, and Anna in the main office was very helpful. We're definitely booking again for next year.

Villa no222 has no air conditioning, but it wasn't a problem for us with the temperature at 22c one evening. We left the patio door open onto the balcony, and the bedroom fans and ceiling fans were enough. We did have a problem with a door to the pool because its catch was missing. I went to reception, three doors down, and by the time I got back and sat down, Dave from maintenance had fixed it. Amazing service. The place is really handy for the marina, with lots of new restaurants and shops in the new hotel development. They've been open for four months, the lady at the chinese restaurant told us.
