The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and the food was great. Everything else was perfect for me. The room had enough shelf space for one person, though I think it could use a bit more if sharing with someone. I’d also have liked a special leg massage for cyclists. At €56 for 25 minutes, getting one every day or every other day is too expensive, so I went to another hotel for massages.

The food was a real highlight. The buffet had a good range, and everything tasted so good that I wouldn’t have expected it from a buffet restaurant. The hotel is cleaned constantly, so things were clean. We did have a few small room issues: the sliding balcony door wouldn’t lock, and the fridge was empty and couldn’t be switched off, which felt unnecessary. If you bring your own bike, the bike cellar costs €5 per night. Renting from the hotel, Hürzeler, means it’s free. You can also put your bike on the balcony. Don’t be put off by low ratings or claims that the reviews are fake, because those claims simply aren’t true.

I came back in February 2026 from an amazing stay and had to write about it. The hotel is beautiful, and the taxi from just outside PMI took about 40 minutes and was reasonably priced. I arrived early and was made to feel welcome straight away. Check-in took only a few minutes, and I was offered a chocolate and a cool drink. They upgraded my room, which had a lovely sea view, a patio, chairs and a table. It was bright and clean, and I was happy as soon as I walked in. When I found the socket wouldn’t charge my phone, I asked a member of staff passing by. They got an electrician to check it, and within minutes I could charge my phone, connect to WiFi and message friends and family about the beautiful place. There’s soft jazz or other music around the hotel, which feels like a work of art. The walk to the pool takes just a few minutes, through a forest-like 🌳 area, then you see the blue sky and sea. It took my breath away. The palm trees 🌴 give the place a tropical feel, and it’s so close to the beach. It was quiet, not loud, and the grounds were immaculate. You could sleep by the pool and then go for a dip. The water was cold, but it was February, so maybe it’s warmer in summer. I still went in. There’s a separate pool for smaller children. My bed was comfortable and the room had what I needed. I did miss having a kettle and complimentary tea or coffee, which I’m used to in hotels, but it was a small thing. I was glad there was a fridge for snacks and drinks, and a free water dispenser right outside my room with a bottle and glasses provided. I also liked breakfast, with lots to choose from and no queues or waiting: pastries, continental food, cereal, English breakfast options and fruit. Dinner was lovely too. I arrived late, but the host/maitre d said I could still go in and gave me a lovely birthday gesture even though I only had a few minutes. That made my night. The staff were so pleasant, which meant a lot as I was travelling alone. On my last day, a gentleman at reception said I could leave my bag in their secure area and keep using the hotel facilities until my night flight. I spent the day at the beach and the pool/hotel cafe, and he booked my cab with Alberto, who was brilliant. There’s also a supermarket and other shops directly across the road, along with restaurants, including a grill/pizzeria, so you can get supplies for the room fridge. The whole trip helped me unwind. I felt like a child again and loved the hotel’s atmosphere, artistry, staff and amenities. This was my second stay with Iberostar. Last time in Mallorca, I stayed with Condesa. I can honestly recommend this place. Its beauty is stunning, and kudos to the architects, owners and staff. It’s my first choice from now on. Thank you!

We had a great time at the pool and on the toboggans, and the kids were very happy. The location is lovely, with very clean, warm sea water at the end of September. The rooms are a little small, but we only used ours to sleep because we spent the rest of our time outside. The kitchen was great, with enough variety for everyone to find something they liked. You can buy all-inclusive on site at a discount: €40 for adults, €20 for children, and free for a five-year-old.
